These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Wayvvy to users who opt in to receive SMS messages from us.
Wayvvy SMS messages may include account updates, service activity notifications, onboarding information, customer support communications, and other operational messages related to your use of Wayvvy services. We do not sell SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers.
You may opt in by submitting a form where you provide your mobile phone number and check an unchecked consent box authorizing Wayvvy to send SMS messages to that number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, service events, and support requests.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Wayvvy does not charge you separately for receiving SMS messages.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable Wayvvy SMS program unless you opt in again.

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle personal information related to SMS messaging as described in our Wayvvy SMS Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are used to provide the messaging program and are not sold.
